| Q-1 What is production
lead time? |
Ans. Production lead time is the time lag
between the placement of order and the receipt of order. Our PLT
varies between 30 to 90 days, depending upon the size of order,
nature of product ordered, and the terms and conditions consented
between the company and the client.
| Q-2 What is delivery
time for sample shipment? |
Ans. Generally, it takes us around 12 working
days to dispatch the sample shipment from our factory, and the order
reaches in approximately 3 to 5 working days to its destination. In
this way the sample delivery time will be roughly 15 days
altogether. However, this time may vary according to the distance
and availability of transport to the destination.
| Q-3 How many days it
will take to reach a shipment to its destination? |
Ans. In normal circumstances, the shipment
takes around 10 days duration to reach the seaport from our factory.
Thereafter, it depends upon the different sea routes and the date of
vessel sailing.
| Q-4 Company
Certifications? |

logo, stickers, tags and screen printing on them.
| Q-5 What type of
stamping & labeling we use on Goyal India products? |
Ans. Our process of stamping and
labeling involves two important phases. The first phase is
associated with the carton packaging and the second one is concerned
with the inner or box packaging. We make cartons according to the
buyers' requirement and also use stickers, bar code, etc. as
prescribed by the buyer, on the inner packaging. Furthermore, we
specialize in distinctive packaging from materials like silk, cotton
labels, embroidered logos, logo stickers, and many more.
| Q-6 What is the minimum
order Quantity ? |
Ans. The minimum order quantity
entirely depends upon the nature and quantity of the product, for
which the order is placed. As such, we have no defined standards
regarding the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for our ready stocks.
Ans. We prefer the payment via bank,
telegraphic transfer (TT) in advance, and now we have also started
accepting the payments through Pay Pal. However, we
regret that we not accept payment through cashier's cheque, money
order, and credit & debit cards.
